RC series Routers are essembled with best quality components, like Italian HSD or Colombo spindles, Delta Inverters, Yaskawa servo motors and drivers, Syntec control system, LNC system, DSP system or NcStudio system. Plus the HIWIN or ABBA square rails, thick and strong belts for transmission and basis on the thick and strong steel tube structure. All the above can be sure best quality of the machine, can keep the machine work at high speed, long working like, high precision. Especially for the woodworking industrail. Rcxyz series still use very good steel structure, Abba or Hiwin square rails, and mostly use Chinese water cooling spindles, and also Chinese air cooling spindle, but Swiss bearings inside, can keep long time working life. We use Stepper motors, DSP control system or NcStudio system. These machines are more ecnomic than the RC series and also can be sued on woodworking, and also can be used in Advertising field. The whole body are made by casted irion. And all three axis use 25mm Hiwin or ABBA square rails, and 2505 TBI ballscrews for all three axis, very high precision and speedy, and Y axis are table moving, all axis are procted from out to stop the dust go inside. RC series Laser engraving machines are produced under professional technology, DSP control sytem, and Offline is option, from 40w to 300W laser machines, from engraving to cutting.
